BE A JUDGE! VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!

The recognition of outstanding technical presentations is fundamental to the advancement of geological deas and concepts. GCAGS and GCSSEPM needs your help in judging oral and poster sessions. All judges will be invited to a complimentary breakfast and asked to provide input to determine award winners. All that is required is observation of oral and poster sessions with grading based on standardized score cards. The awards committee will compile the scores, with winners honored at the next year’s convention.

Please volunteer by checking the appropriate box on your registration form or by contacting: Jim Gamble, Judging Chair, Stone Energy, 337–521–0216, 337–781–3294, gamblejd@stoneenergy.com.

The awards committee will contact you to determine your preference for session(s) you are interested in
judging—every effort will be made to place you in the session(s) of your choice. Your participation will be both rewarding and appreciated.
