Exhibition

The Exhibit Hall will be the host area for a number of events, so there will be plenty of opportunities to explore all that the exhibitors have to offer, see old acquaintances, and forge new ones. • The traditional Icebreaker cocktail party held on Sunday in the hall; • The Prospect Alley, where deals might be made, is open during general Exhibition hours from Sunday to Tuesday; • The Presidents’ Reception will be held in the Exhibit Hall from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm on Monday; • Extended breaks in the morning and afternoon oral sessions will permit in-depth discussions with the poster presenters; and • A free “walk-and-talk” lunch on Tuesday. Please note that children under the age of 13 will not be allowed in the exhibit hall anytime during setup or teardown. Exibition Hours Sunday, 5 October (Icebreaker) 6:00 pm–8:00 pm Monday, 6 October 8:30 am–6:00 pm Tuesday, 7 October 8:30 am–1:30 pm During exhibit hours, children not of school-age will not be allowed into any activities within the exhibit hall, including the Icebreaker reception, unless they are young enough or small enough to be confined to a stroller, backpack, or front pack. School-age children will be allowed to attend the exhibition during regularly scheduled hours if they are properly registered (as students) and they wear their badges at all times.
